About us:

Pupatella is located on the sidewalk on the corner of Stuart and 9th Streets outside Ballston Metro Station. We are open for breakfast and lunch (8am-4pm) Monday through Friday.

We opened Pupatella to bring authentic Neapolitan street food to our neighborhood of Ballston where we’ve lived for years.  Our chef Enzo Algarme creates the dishes the same way it is made in his native Naples, where he worked at the awesome Pizzaiolo dal Presidente learning how to make the REAL Neapolitan food.

For our pizzas, we use Caputo flour made in Naples, and San Marzano tomatoes grown on the slopes of Vesuvius for the sauce. And then we top it off with cheese imported from Italy and fresh basil. Yum!

We that we are what we eat, so we use as many organic ingredients as possible.  All our food is made fresh daily.
